Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a place in our production line and commence manufacture, with balance due upon completion prior to goods being dispatched.

• Title in the products will not pass to the customer until products are fully paid for by the customer.

• Manufacture will commence upon Receipt and signed agreement and deposit

• Manufacturing time range may vary as our products are made out of mould product and require a 40 day curing time and labour Availability.

• Bianca vessel Management will Endeavour to provide updates of events that may increase or shorten the manufacturing time and Completion date.



• Delivery not included. Transport of goods are to be booked and paid for by the customer prior to dispatch.

Warranty

The Supplier Warrants For A Period Of 6 Months To The Customer That All Goods Will:

a) Be supplied in accordance with the specifications ,Customer data, sample or other agreed description set out in the Order and Manufacture agreement.

b) Be new, fit and free from defects in material and workmanship.

c) Be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose.

The Supplier Will Not Be Liable To The Customer For:

a) Any claim caused by failure which is a result of any misuse of goods.

b) Any claim caused by the goods not being used in accordance to the user instructions issued

c) Any claim caused by fair wear and tear.

d) Any costs or expenses involved in transport of the goods to the place of manufacture.

Any Goods Assessed By Bianca Vessel Management Pty Limited As A Warranted Repair Will Be Repaired Or Replaced At The Discretion Of Bianca Vessel Management Pty Limited.
